If an idol arrives broken, cracked, or with severe damage to delicate limbs or ornaments, contact Pandit Zo within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged idol, photos of outer packaging, unboxing video if available, and a brief description.

Our team reviews all evidence promptly. Please do not send items back independently without prior authorization and instructions from our team.

Standard Idol Replacements

Severely Damaged Custom Pieces

If a non-custom idol suffers verified delivery damage and can reasonably be recreated, Pandit Zo will dispatch a replacement subject to active studio availability.

Custom and personalized idols require extensive artisan crafting. If a custom piece is severely damaged and cannot be recreated, Pandit Zo may issue a full refund upon damage verification.

Handcrafted Clay Variations

Defects & Order Exceptions

Every deity idol is individually sculpted by hand. Minor variations in shade, clay texture, fine ornamentation, and dimensions are natural characteristics of authentic handcrafted art and are not classified as defects.

If you receive an incorrect item or significant manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours. Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once sculpting begins unless proven defective or damaged upon arrival.
